Yvonne Nelson blasts government, “you and the side chicks are enjoying while voters suffer”
Activist and actress Yvonne Nelson have been going hard at the government demanding accountability, especially with the enforcement and implementation of e-levy, accusing them of enjoying while voters suffer in the scorching sun for their daily bread.
The actress who leads a protest against power outages in the previous government and continues to fight for ordinary voters uses her social media as a tool to demand social justice and accountability posting “more money for politicians and small money for the voters…”
The founder of the Danquah Institute and relative of the current president, Akuffo Addo, posted earlier about how much of the nation’s revenue goes into paying salaries and employment of the public sector workers.
It is unclear whether the actress was responding to the post or she was doing her usual fight for Ghanaian citizens who’s voices can’t go far.
