Two children, aged 12 and 14, perished after their house fell during a thunderstorm in Bepoase, Sekyere South District, Ashanti Region.

The dilapidated house at Bepoase crashed in during a storm.

After being referred to the Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital, one of the toddlers died quickly, while the other was certified dead.

Five others were injured but survived the accident.

Three of the survivors were able to leave the hospital.

The other two are still waiting to be admitted.

A family of seven, including a pregnant adolescent, lived in the building.
