Teacher, 36, Killed In Ghastly Accident
Sylvia Etornam Gbormita, a teacher at the Border Basic School in Aflao, Ketu South Municipality, Volta Region, perished in a bizarre traffic accident, according to many.
Etornam, as she was known, died in an accident on April 8, 2022, in which her body parts were dismembered most peculiarly.
Etornam, 36, was reportedly in the company of her friend, 34-year-old Likem Agbavor, who was driving at the time of the accident.
Mr. Agbavor, who survived the accident, is claimed to be recovering at the Ho Teaching Hospital following a series of procedures.
Initial reports from the Ketu South Municipality and other parts of the region stated she had been slain and her body abandoned on the road for other vehicles to mutilate accidentally.
However, a preliminary police inquiry leads to a strange automobile collision on the Denu to Tokor segment of the West-African Highway, which runs through the Ketu South Municipality and into Lome, Togo.
