Barely two years after the demise of Kwadwo Owusu Afriyie (Sir John), death has laid its icy hands on the wife of late Kwadwo Owusu Afriyie, Mrs. Agnes Owusu-Afriyie who passed on to blessed memory on Monday, August 29, 2022.

Before her death, the widow had told close associates and friends about Sir John’s family’s refusal to even acknowledge and support her ill-health for which she was seeking treatment. The family further declined to offer any financial assistance from Sir John’s estates to support her even though they know her husband didn’t make adequate provisions for her as a surviving spouse and she was very sick.

The information available to Vimnewsghana suggests that she passed on in London.
