Singer R Kelly faces sentences today

American singer and songwriter Robert Sylvester Kelly famously known as R Kelly could spend decades in prison as he faces sentencing today, Wednesday, June 29, 2022.

He is facing sentencing today after being found guilty of running a scheme to sexually abuse women and children nine months ago.

In September, the singer was convicted of sexually abusing women and child trafficking.

The 55-year-old singer might face a 10-year sentence in prison.

R Kelly is known widely for his hit song, I Believe I Can Fly.
