SHS Students In Court For Burning Driver Alive
Three Senior High School students involved in the burning to death of a Bolt driver in Sekondi-Takoradi have been remanded by the court to enable further investigations into the issue.
The three students, Patrick Baidoo, 19, Joseph Lord Nii Adjei Odiku, 17, and Adolf Eshun, 18, are before the court for their alleged involvement in the burning of a Bolt driver to death.
They have been charged with Conspiracy to commit a crime, attempted robbery, murder, causing unlawful damage and abetment of crime.
Joseph and Patrick are alleged to have poured petrol on the Bold driver on Dec 22 after Eshun ordered the bold for them because he refused to give up his car keys they they demanded it.
The driver was injured in the blaze and was said to have died later at the 37 military hospital in Accra.
