Rapper Obour Gets Govt Appointment
Rapper and politician Bice Osei Kuffour was known in the entertainment sector as Obour and former President of the Musician Union of Ghana has been appointed as the new head of Ghana Post.
The Appointment follows a release signed by officials the former entertainment icon will head the postal service from 2022 and it’s a digital revolution in an ever-changing world especially with the growth of technology and its impacts on postal services.
Obour is a former parliamentary candidate of the ruling NPP but lost the parliamentary primary narrowly in a keenly contested poll.
Though many expressed shock at his appointment, others believe giving people the chance in government is a crucial approach to bring new ideas in fixing Ghana
