Pastor In Tears After Losing Wife and Twin Babies At Ridge Hospital
Pastor of Miracle Chapel International, Rev Davis Yeboah has shed tears while narrating how he lost his pregnant 50-year-old wife to an alleged case of negligence at the Greater Accra Regional Hospital formerly known as Ridge Hospital.
The man has in an interview threatened to sue the Greater Accra Regional Hospital for the alleged medical negligence leading to the death of his wife and twin babies.
Rev Yeboah described how their attending OB-GYN, Doctor Dadzie, was negligent and caused him to lose everything.
The preacher claims that his wife was being treated at another hospital when he was told to transfer her to Ridge Hospital.
After transferring her to Ridge Hospital, Rev Yeboah explained how the doctor promised to prescribe her medicine, but it never arrived.
Later, as his wife’s health deteriorated, including bleeding and discomfort, he requested that the twins be surgically removed to save the mother’s life.
The doctor, on the other hand, kept prolonging the procedure with reasons and explanations until his wife died.
Initially, he stated that the newborns could not be removed until they weighed at least 1 kilogram.
He said that once they reached a kilo, they had to weigh 1.5 kilos before they could be removed.
According to Yeboah, he urged on the surgery because his wife was in excruciating pain, but the doctor kept pushing it off until the worst happened.
Reverend Yeboah has promised to sue the hospital for what happened to his wife and children.
