NPA Shuts down Shell Fuel Station at Atimpoku
The National Petroleum Authority (NPA) has shut down a Shell fuel filling station at Atimpoku for selling petrol laced with water.
This move comes after the circulation of a video on social media and subsequent complaint made at the NPA office on Monday August 29,2022 about a suspected contaminated fuel bought from the aforementioned fuel station located close to the Adomi Bridge at Atimpoku.
NPA upon receiving the complaint issued a press statement to further investigate the matter to substantiate the claims.
Currently the said fuel station is closed down pending further actions.
In a viral video sighted by Vimnewsghana, was some angry customers attacking the aforementioned fuel station for defrauding them.
