Some employees of Bulk Oil Storage and Transportation (BOST) have placed wreaths with ‘RIP’ inscriptions at the company’s door to welcome Mr. Edwin Provencal, the company’s Chief Executive Officer.

The identities of the perpetrators have not been revealed but the perpetrators who are opposed to the CEO’s efforts to combat corruption may have put the wreaths to intimidate him.

“RIP Mr Edwin Provencal,” and “Rest well” were among the messages on the predominantly white and red wreaths.

In an interview with the Daily Graphic, Mr Provencal indicated that the development was unusual but not unexpected.
