
Man Shot & Stabbed To Death Over Land Dispute
Awutu Papaase number one near Kasoa in the Awutu Senya East District of the Central Region has seen a man named Isaac Mensah shot and killed over a land dispute.
The dead was shot in the waist by the suspects before being stabbed in the stomach, according to the information acquired.
Four individuals have been detained by the Ofaakor District Police Command following preliminary police investigations.
The body of the dead has been placed at the Police Hospital, according to DSP Samuel Amfoh, the Awutu Ofaakor District Police Commander, who confirmed the arrests.
The residents of Ngleshie Amanfrom, Bawjiase, and Ofaakor are involved in the land conflict, according to checks.
Nii Armah, the brother of the arrested suspects, has rejected the chiefs of Awutu Papaase’s charges that his brother was one of those who killed the 37-year-old man.
The Ofaakor District Police Command is investigating the case and interviewing individuals to get to the bottom of it and ensure that Isaac Mensah’s killers are brought to justice.
