Obeng Akyia, a 5-year-old girl from Ejisu in the Ashanti Region, died tragically on her birthday.

According to the deceased’s uncle, Yaw Kitoa, the tragic news occurred on April 21, 2022.

His nephew celebrated her 5th anniversary yesterday, April 21, 2022, according to Mr. Kitoa.

And, regrettably, she passed away on the same day at 10 a.m.

The small girl and her elder brother were playing around the nasty Septic, according to her uncle, who explained the reason of her death.

Regrettably, they proceeded to stand on the hole’s shaky wooden planks.

The side of the wood where the dead was standing broke, causing her to tumble into the pit.
