
First Batch Of Ghanaian Students From Ukraine Land In Ghana
The first group of 17 Ghanaian students arrived at Kotoka International Airport today. Fatimatu Abubakr, the Deputy Minister of Information, received them.
Sixteen students arrived by Qatar Airways, while one arrived via Turkish Airlines.
Many more students are expected to return soon, according to the Ministry.
In turn, the students expressed their gratitude to the Ministry for assisting them in returning home.
The crisis in Ukraine is being watched by the entire world. Many governments around the world have criticised Russia’s military exercise in Ukraine. Many people have died and property has been destroyed so far. Many of the country’s citizens have also departed.
