Collapsed Building Kills Immigration Officer

Immigration Officer with the Ghana Immigration Service identified as Mr. Francis Amankwa has met his untimely death under a collapsed building at Elubo in the Western Region.

the incident occurred in the hours as a result of a heavy downpour that collapsed a neighbor’s wall and hit the deceased room wall while sleeping inside.

The eyewitness explained that it takes personnel from the Ghana Fire Service, Police Service, and the Immigration Service to rescue him but unfortunately he was pulled out of the rubbed dead.

The deceased body had been deposited at the Ekwie mortuary.
