Anger greets first day of e-levy implementation
On the first day of implementation, the controversial e-levy has been greeted with anger, chaos and frustration across social media platforms and people share what some say is “dishonest”, lies, “miscalculations” on the deductions and threshold.
It was number one and number two of the top Twitter trends in Ghana with several people quoting politicians, government officials and screenshots of their deductions to show how much was collected from their transactions.
