12 Nigerians Busted For Cyber Fraud At Bole
Twelve Nigerians have been detained on accusations of computer fraud in Bole, Savannah Region.
The 12 are thought to be Nigerians who live in Sawaba, a Bole suburb, and its surroundings.
The suspects, who range in age from 19 to 30, were apprehended after a tip and a raid by the district police.
Two Airtel SIM cards, one modem, two earbuds, and a wallet containing Gh25.00, Cfa 2,000, and N1500 were also recovered by the police.
Hundreds of computers and cellphones were recovered from the other suspects.
Their actions were discovered in the home of one of the accused, Samuel Chibueze, who is 25 years old.
One HP, one Toshiba, and one Dell laptop, one Techo-pop2, one Techno K-7, one iPhone, one Infinix, and one Techno keypad were among the items recovered at the scene.
